Angeles City- The Local Government of Angeles City headed by Mayor Francis “Blueboy” L. Nepomuceno represented by Chief of Staff Mark Allen Sison (center) during the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with ABS-CBN Regional Network Group (RNG) Channel 46 on October 20, 2008 at the Mayor’s Office.
