AWARDED FOR EFFICIENCY
The Angeles City Local Government was recently cited by the Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation Inc., for ranking 9th in the Cities in Government Efficiency (Highly Urbanized City Category), in the Cities and Municipalites Competitive Index (CMCI) by the National Competitiveness Council (NCC). Receiving the citation are officials of the local government headed by Councilor Maricel Morales (center). The awarding ceremony was held Friday at the Holiday Inn Grand Ballroom in Clark. (AC-CIO)
PAMIRANGAL NING GELINGAN

PRIME AWARD
Angeles City Human Resource Management Officer Ms. Elizabeth Lagman, and secretary to the mayor Kirk Galanza, formally received the PRIME-HRM award from the Civil Service Commission Region-III held April 7 at the Fortune Hongkong Seafood Restaurant in Balibago.

Kicking off Angeles City's Lenten observance is Peter De Vera's Panata at Panalangin, performed by the Sinukwan Kapampangan Performing Arts Group, held Monday at the Marquee Mall Park. ALLOWANCE FOR TEACHERS, SIGNED

This gives notice that the declared owners of real properties with delinquent accounts hereunder listed have been served copy of the Notice of Delinquency through mail or personal service, however, were returned to the City Treasurer's Office either for reason of addressee's refusal to accept, moved out, unlocated and/or change of address. That despite receipt of Notices, the declared owners failed to ccordinate with this office prior to this publication.

The system has been in place since 2003, and has garnered the city numerous citations from several prestigious award-giving bodies (latest of which is recognition from the Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation Inc.), and has been ISO-9001-2008 certified for its utmost efficiency in facilitating the processing of business permits.
