The city emerged as the sole recipient of the award in the highly urbanized city category. The city was also nominated for the Best One-Stop-Shop (BOSS) in Central Luzon.

Who May Avail of the Service:
The following maybe allowed to avail of the service
1. Any requesting party as it pertains to his/her registered business
2. Accounting Firms/Bookkeepers
3. Courts and Administrative Bodies exercising investigative functions
in determination and/or resolution of pending cases
4. Such other National/Local Government and Private Agencies
What are the Requirements:
Renewal Application: Green Application
Basic Requirements:
1. Barangay Certification (where the business is located)
2. Community Tax Certificate (based on Assessed Gross Income)
3. Sketch of Business Location
4. Previous Business Permit
5. Income Tax Return (BIR Form 1701 to 1702)
6. Clearances from; Philhealth, Pag-Ibig and Social Security System)
7. Tax Clearance or Latest Real Property Tax Receipt
New Application: White Application
1. Barangay Certification (where the business is located)
2. Community Tax Certificate (Based on Assessed Gross Income)
3. Sketch of Business Location
4. DTI Registration for Single Proprietorship
5. SEC Registration (Articles of Incorporation for Corporations)
6. Certificate of Registration from:
Philhealth
Pag-Ibig
Social Security System
7. Tax Clearance or Latest Real Property Tax Receipt
Duration:
Five (5) Days - Both for New and Renewal Applications that Needs Inspection
